Two
trillion dollars is the estimated
final cost of the war with Iraq.
That works out at
$6,666 for every man woman and child in U.S., $33,333 for a family of
5. Of course for those of you who have lost a husband or a father that
probably sounds pretty cheap.
Now that money doesn’t
just disappear into a big black hole. Every penny of it finds its way
into somebody’s pocket somewhere and a nice good chunk of it goes
to my friends and family. Come take a look.

In January 2006 dad wrote to China’s Foreign Affairs Ministry
that it would be "beneficial to the comprehensive development of
Sino-US relations" if Beijing approved the sale of a Chinese bank
to a consortium which included Carlyle. Bluntly put, Bush Sr. asked
China to grant Carlyle a lucrative business deal or risk his son's wrath.
